When registering you will be asked to complete a short form which includes standard information such as your contact details, preferred login credentials etc.

Registering with Charms in Australia
Registering with Charms in Australia is free, quick and simple! We use an email confirmation process to avoid fraudulent or spam sign-ups.
1. Start by going to the home page and clicking on the registration link
2. Enter your details into the registration form. Please note: choose your username carefully as it cannot be changed.
3. Check the checkbox to agree to the terms and conditions.
4. Click on the Register button at the bottom of the page to complete your registration.
5. Check your email for the Charms in Australia confirmation email. When you receive this, click on the link it contains to activate your membership.
You can now login to your Charms in Australia account and begin buying.
Registering as a seller
As a security measure, seller's accounts need to be approved by Charms in Australia admin.
After you have activated your Charms in Australia membership you will receive an email from admin. Simply reply to the email (or email via the contact us page) asking for your seller status to be activated.
Admin will review your details and send you an email to let you know that your selling tools have been activated. You need to log out, then back into your account for the changes to take effect.

To provide a safe Selling and Buying platform, we require that all sellers be ID verified. This can be done in one of three ways:
PayPal verification
Click on the selling link in the Members Area, then click the 'Get Verified' link in the Seller Status box (as shown below).

Phone verification
If you'd prefer to be verified via telephone, send us a message via the contact us page (including your member ID and telephone number) and Charms in Australia will contact you. Phone verification can only be done via landline numbers (not mobile phones).
Fax verification
Send us a message via the contact us page and we'll email you Charms in Australia' fax number - then fax us a copy of a utility bill (showing your registered name and address).
When your ID has been verified, you will receive a 'Verified Seller' logo (as shown below) displayed on your listings and reputation page.

To list your item simply click on the “Sell” link found on the header navigational bar. The listing process is split up into several main sections, notably:-

The listing process is developed in such a way that you are guided through every step seamlessly.
The first part of the process is to choose the category you wish to list your item in, this can be revised at any time by using the “Previous Step” navigation button.
Step two enables you to enter your item title and description, a full editor is in place to enable you to use HTML descriptions.
Moving on to step three, this is the biggest stage of the listing process. On this step you can set the following:-

Buy Out Item
This is a single quantity auction
Dutch Listing
Dutch enables you to list a multiple quantity Listing, for example if you have 100 Pandora beads to sell you can list all of these together in a single lot. Bidders will be able to select how many they wish to Buy.

This field is only active if listing a Dutch Listings, please see above for an explanation of this listing type
Buy out
Buy out allows you to set an amount you are willing to sell the item for – straight out. For example you can set the start price to 10.00 but offer interested parties the option to buy the item immediately for 100.00.
You can also list Make a offer .
· Offer-Range
You can set a price bracket in which you are willing to listing to offer, for example if you set the price brackets from 15.00 to 100.00 interested parties will be able to offer you an amount within these brackets, you can opt whether to accept or decline these offers at any time via the members area.

· Set start/end time:-
You can either opt to list your item right away and set a defined number of days for it to be live for or you also have the option to define your own custom start/end time.
· Private Listing:-
Private Listing will hide the bidders identity on the item details page
· Image upload:-
To accompany your item you can either upload images from your local computer or enter the URL of an image(s) hosted elsewhere
· Media upload:-
In addition to images you can also upload media files, please note only .avi/.mpeg/.mov are supported.
· Auto Re-List
For convenience you can opt to have your items automatically re-listed for you, options are available to allow you to select whether the item should be re-listed if sold and how many re-list attempts should be made.
On the next step you can set your shipping and payment preferences including your shipping rates and available methods of delivery.
Please note this site runs with a shopping basket to make purchasing easier for Buyers.
To set your postage correct for checkout basket in your postage set up put your postage rate and then price per additional item so
buyers are charged the extra postage.
The system allows buyer to checkout and pay you automatically or you can resend the invoice and shopping basket once.
Proceeding on, you can then review the listing and make changes if required, please note you can still edit your listing once live via the members area.
The final step provides you with listing confirmation.
For easier browsing on the site please dont list any more than 5 of the same listings.
You can have as many product you like on a listing but there is no reason to have more than 5 individual listings.
FAQ.
1/ Do I need to register.
To browse you don’t have to be registered, to purchase you do need to use our Buyer registration.
This can be done here and is quick and easy to register but please make sure you use your correct email address.
2/ Is the site Secure.
Yes the site is secure to use for both sellers and buyers.
Charms in Australia is protected by Comodo SSL .
3/ If I want to sell what do I do.
If you are a registered business and want to sell on Charms in Australia register with the seller registration and have your account verified and you will then be able to set up your store and list your products.
4/ What if I have a problem.
Charms in Australia will do everything to help you with any issues.
Each store is responsible for their own products they list and sell but remember all stores on the site are verified stores and reputable Sellers so we don’t expect to have any problems with stores on the site.
5/ Do I have to be in Australia to purchase.
Please check with the store you want to purchase from, most stores do ship World Wide but feel free to check if it isn’t stated on the product you are interested in.
6/ What payment methods can I use.
All stores have their own options available for payment with most accepting Paypal and Bank deposit.

Once you are logged into the member area down the bottom on the left hand side there is a link to contest Stats.
This area will show you how you earn points and how many points you currently have available.
Each month we will have different ways you can use your points.
9/ How do I buy products.
Charms in Australia has a shopping cart for every store on the site.
Browse through the site and the items you are interested in just add them to your shopping basket.
When you have finished shopping items belonging to each store will be there in your individual shopping carts so you can check out with each store.
Once you hit the checkout button there will be a option then to make payment for the items.
At no time do you need to give you banking details, Paypal details or credit card information through the site.
Check to see which payment methods are available with each store and pick which one you would like to use.
There is a message board on your purchases so you can send a direct message to the store owner.
